Urban Decay 15 Anniversary Palette

Hey everyone, I received the Urban Decay 15 Anniversary  palette a couple of days ago and I have been playing around with them and testing them out to give you girls a little review. This palette came out on July 12 and sold out on the www.urbandecay.com website. I believe you can now purchase it on www.ulta.com . It retails for $55 and you get 15 full sized eye shadows. The packaging is a mirrored metal looking box( it's made out of plastic) with purple jeweled/gem initials that are UD. Underneath the lid theres a mirror the size of the lid which is perfect for traveling. Underneath the eye shadows there is a little box that is not too deep and you can store pictures or very thin jewelry. What made me excited to try this palette was that these eye shadows are new and exclusive to this palette according to the UD website

Midnight Rodeo- Dutsy gold with a pink undertone and little specks of glitter
Tainted- Light pink toned lavender
Deeper- Deep bronze
Midnight 15- Shimmery light champange
Junkshow-Hot pink with a irridescent sheen of blue and purple shimmers
M.I.A.- dark shimmery brown

Vanilla- pale cream color with gold shimmer
Omen- Dusty violet with undertones of grey and a blue sheen
Ace- dark gunmetal with a strong undertone of navy blue (depending on what colors you use with it can make look navy blue!)
Flow- Light orangey-coral with a sheen of gold shimmers
Evidence- Blackened true blue
Blackout- Matte carbon black

Chase- Light gold
Deep End- Teal-blue (looks more blue when applied)
Half Truth- Dusty mauve purple with grey and blue undertones

What I love about this palette is that theres variety which is what I am always looking for in a palette. You can do so many looks just using this one palette such as smokey eyes, bronze eyes, neutral, or colorful. This palette is perfect for traveling you can just bring this palette and you'll have all the colors you may need. I love the texture of Urban Decays eye shadows, There so smooth and creamy and glide on and blend smoothly. Theres only one shade with a bit of glitter (Midnight Rodeo) which I don't think its as bad compared to Urban Decays other eye shadows with glitter. They usually have a lot of fallout and you get glitter all over your face but this formula does not do that for me which is great! The other eye shadows are shimmery but not too over powering it's more like a sheen. Theres one matte eyeshadow (Blackout) which applies and feels soo smooth! I love Urban Decays matte textures they swatch very opaque and go on very pigmented to the eye. When it comes to packaging to me I like to see very detailed packaging it shows me the brand went out of their way. I also like  good convenient packing making it easy to use for everyone. This palette definitely had both detailed and convenient  packaging which is what I was looking for especially when spending $55 I like to see they made the packaging  sturdy and cute! I Definitely think this palette is perfect for everyone and its a nice collectors piece. If you can get your hands on this I totally recommend it!

Hope you girls enjoyed! :)
